You can say General Donovan was a trailblazer for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the IC. He understood how critical it was to have officers who came from all walks of life, including a few well known figures, to successfully carry out the #OSS's mission.
Last month #CIA welcomed officers to the opening of its Accessibility Storefront. Among the first of its kind in the IC, it aims to provide an array of specialized accommodations to create a more accessible workplace for all of #CIA’s officers.
